What do you bring to a tradeshow?

Can you answer sammypopali’s question about Trade Shows?:

I have a new clothing line and I am going to attend a tradeshow, but I dont know what to bring for setup or anything else. Does anyone know how trade shows are usually set up?

Trade Shows Feedback: This site is dedicated to successful trade show strategies.

You need to call the director I believe and get all the information. usually they should give you some sort of guidelines and what they provide.

    Trade Shows Feedback: Hi Sammy
Depending on the trade space you have booked.
If you have booked shell scheme depending on the company
check the detail as some don’t supply electricity and thats an extra.Check if they have carpet walls as the white walls are harder to stick things on if you have photos etc You will need invoice books to take orders from the buyers , you will need to supply all promotional material price lists etc Most shows like this will not allow take away purchases only orders.
Generally bring everything to hang or display your gear! You can hire at a huge expense no doubt they will send u all that info. Just remember to work the space to its best for the traffic that will go through keep it simple go to any market & look around at the size space you have and see what works best in the crowd and keep professional!
Give it that wow factor with a difference so they notice you! Expertise Events has a book on expo’s for sale with a lot of good info on How to! good luck -
